What we need are neighborhoods where residents can transition more easily\u2014downsizing to a cottage, moving to a townhouse, or finding an accessory dwelling nearby\u2014without having to leave the community they love. The question for Florida now is whether future buyers will be able to absorb both inherited and new inventory unless we expand our housing options across every price point, size, and location.
